These are to be taken as base prices, and the complexity of one's commission will ultimately determine the final price. All prices are in USD, and payment will be accepted via PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle.

Please read over these terms before agreeing to enter into a contract with me, GEISTHVND.

If I quote you a specific price, it will be valid for that current or upcoming commission opening only. My prices are subject to change between commission openings. These quotes are to be taken as an estimate of cost with regard to the complexity of your chosen design. All quotes are given in USD unless specified otherwise.

Please have a clear and concise reference sheet of your character. I can make one for you given an extra cost. This reference should contain at the very least the name, species, and gender presentation of your character. The more information I have to work with, the easier the creation process will be.

I will work with clients outside of the continental United States, given they understand and agree to the extra cost of international shipping should it be necessary. I am more than happy to meet you in a public place such as a convention to hand deliver your items to you. Shipping costs are to be paid by the commissioner.

Most of the art I create will wind up on my website and/or social media platforms. If you do not wish for your commission to be revealed in its early stages ("a secret suit/drawing"), please let me know..

When commissioning NSFW ART from me, you must be at least 18 years of age with proof of identity.

I WILL MAKE FURSUIT PARTS FOR MINORS GIVEN THEIR PARENTS' OR GUARDIANS' PERMISSION.

My costumes are handmade. I am not a professional. There may be flaws and imperfections, I am an artist and a single person working when I have the time. My art is not mass produced. Every piece that I make is a one-of-a-kind GEISTHVND original.

I offer a plentiful amount of work in progress photos, should you want them!! I try to send at least one during every stage of the creation process so that any needed changes can be addressed quickly. Please feel free to tell me if any changes are needed when progress photos are given.

FURSUIT SPECIFIC: A 30% nonrefundable down payment is needed to secure your spot in the queue and order materials upon acceptance. Any body parts to be ordered (hands, feet, body, arms) will need measurments. I cannot guarantee that your fursuit will look identical to what you are invisioning, but I will do my best to get as close as possible. Payment plans are accepted with the condition of not receiving your suit until it is fully paid off. Once your suit has began construction, backing out of your slot will allow you to get refunded whatever you paid AFTER the initial 30%, and you will NOT be blacklisted. I understand that things come up. I offer a 1 year warranty for free repairs, after which they will incur a small fee.

ART SPECFIC: I offer both digital and traditional forms of art. I will e-mail digital art to you, and I will ship or hand deliver physical art to you. I am an artist with limited tools at my disposal, and thus my art may not match your expectations of what you had in mind when ordering. I don't mind making a few changes here and there!

Prohibited Users: Those who will use these costumes or art as a topic of hate speech or dangerous activity. I will not make anything which will actively disparage another group or individual.
